The work of photographer Robert Chouraqui is hard to pigeon hole. While much of his stuff celebrates the female form in all its nude beauty, much of it defies description. From Goth chicks and light bondage to black and white nudes and cartoon style manga girls, this site, while definitely hard to pin down, offers a variety of exciting and psychedelic images you won't find anywhere else.
Having been published in magazines all over the world from Playboy and Penthouse to Elle and Face, the French born photographer has created a specialized niche for himself; among the throngs of artsy, overly self-indulgent camera jockeys, Chouraqui's combination of style and content clearly stand apart from the crowd. Likewise his subjects and models aren't your normal skin-mag types either as Chouraqui prefers a rougher, tougher look over the softer, more pretty girls commonly seen in photo spreads. But it all seems to work for him.
His official site, which is free for visitors, consists of eight different sections including: Manga Girls: models dressed in costumes inspired by the artwork of the Japanese cartoon style of the same name; Vamps: which is a sexy homage to vixens of a lusty bygone era and not vampire related at all; his Goth-Tattoo page which includes plenty of latex, piercing and tattooed models; and Cats in Cage: which features girls dressed as different extreme versions of Catwoman along with some more bondage and latex. There is also Fashion page with still more latex wear, and a Models page which puts all his nudes neatly together in one place.
While this site is definitely an interesting diversion from the sea of sameness that surrounds adult sites, it isn't for everyone. Not to say it's too extreme... just the opposite... many fans of adult action may actually find the site, for all its eccentricities, too tame and/or boring.
A note about navigating: every link opens up a new window so be mindful to close windows when you're done viewing a given page, lest you find a ton of open pages cluttering up your computer. Also in any given section, while the 'Back' button is clearly marked the 'Next' button is simply a round design element with no indication clicking on it will do anything. Missing out on clicking this button will in fact cause viewers to skip over much of the site's offerings.
